Code of Ethics
Ekotraka BP d.o.o. was founded on May 6, 2005, with headquarters in Belgrade. A family company that bases its business on the principle of professionalism and reliability, we finance our business from our own funds.

The team of Ekotrak BP d.o.o. consists of people characterized by expertise, professionalism and following world trends and standards in order to provide the best solutions and ensure the best quality.

Kind behavior

All employees are obliged to behave politely but not too servilely towards their colleagues, clients and all other participants in communication.

In unpleasant and undesirable situations, employees are obliged to show self-control.

Uncultured behavior and verbal excesses are not approved by the management of Ekotrak BP.

We behave in accordance with the law

The business policy of Ekotrak BP is in accordance with all valid laws of our home country, the Republic of Serbia, as well as all other countries with which we do business.

We do not approve of any manipulations that are against any law. For this reason, we expect all employees to behave in accordance with the above.

We compete on the market according to the principle of "fair play"

The monopolistic way of doing business is exempt from our work system. In this regard, we operate according to the principle of healthy competition, which is a positive way of working in any industry, including ours.

We do not tolerate any extortion, bribery, anti-competitive behavior and anything else that is not in accordance with the applicable law and that destroys the reputation of the company and the quality of any market.

We do not tolerate corruption

Through the long-term work of Ekotraka BP, it strives to achieve success in its activity with its quality and expertise. For this reason, we do not tolerate any form of corruption (active or passive), bribery, or any immoral behavior.

Employees are not allowed to receive gifts of large value, money or securities. It is also not allowed to give it to business partners, co-partners, possible partners, colleagues or potential colleagues. We must treat all gifts with caution.

Sponsorships and donations

Humanitarian work is something that is an integral part of our business. What is most important for us is that we want to share our success with those who need help and who will know how to appreciate what is provided to them.

As we are a company that is socially active in many associations of our activity, we feel the need to share our success with others so that they too feel at least a small part of it all. Donation funds can only be approved by the director. Approved funds are approved in accordance with the law, which means in the amount and in the manner approved by the law.

Employment of new persons according to the principle of fair employment

All persons who apply for employment at Ekotraka BP undergo a mandatory procedure of submitting a CV as well as an application for employment.

After submitting the documentation, the person authorized to examine the candidate evaluates the candidate, and the director decides which person is hired.

When selecting workers, any discrimination based on: race, disability, religion, age, origin, and sexual orientation is prohibited. The most important criterion in the selection of workers is the employee's performance and ability. Representatives of Ekotrak BP are always in the mood for open and correct communication with all employees.

Confidentiality of data

All data and all information that fall into the general business of Ekotrak BP are considered confidential data. This means that no information concerning the company's operations itself may be given to third parties, nor may the company's documentation be taken out of the company. The documentation may be shown only at the request of the competent authorities with a written request that must be approved by the management of the company. The most confidential data are the names of clients, business partners, recipes, prices, plans and goals of the company. All employees must adhere to the principle of keeping confidential data.

Conflicts of interest

All employees are obliged to work exclusively in the interest of the company. Employees are strictly prohibited from having any interest in suppliers or their customers outside the company. It is also forbidden for the employee's family to participate in business with clients and business partners of Ekotrak BP. If the employee's situation is like that, the employee must inform the management of Ekotrak BP about it, who will decide after such a finding whether the employee can work in the company under such circumstances or not.

Company assets

All employees are obliged to treat the property of Ekotrak BP as a good host. This means that any manipulation, damage, loss or damage to property is strictly prohibited. The use of financial resources must be rational and economical, and every investment must be supported by a calculation as well as the selection of the best offer of the supplier. Property must be protected and respected.

 

Protection, safety at work and compliance with the principles of good manufacturing practice

The most important thing when it comes to the conditions of our employees is to create a healthy environment, ensure safety at work and apply the principles of good hygiene and good production practices.

All employees are required to be tested and educated in the field of Occupational Safety and Health and knowledge of the principles of DHP and DPP.

In that regard, they must respect the efforts we put into it.

It is the duty of all employees to use protective equipment, to follow procedures - work instructions, and to react conscientiously in risky situations. Any failure to comply with the defined rules for safe and healthy work and the principles of good hygiene and good production practice will be severely sanctioned.

Environment

Our company, in addition to respecting and following all laws concerning environmental protection, encourages and strives to implement the protection and improvement of environmental protection.

The waste management plan defines our basic principles when it comes to protecting and preserving the environment.

For this reason, all employees must comply with all rules and laws that regulate the preservation of the environment.

Bookkeeping and records

All reports and records kept in Ekotraka BP and which are part of the bookkeeping documentation must be accurate and complete.

All data is supported by some evidentiary material that is kept in the company's archives.

Posting of all documents is done regularly, and for that reason all calculations are regularly updated.

Training and informing employees

All employees can use the possibility of additional training if they think they need it to improve the quality of the company's service.

The management encourages its employees to train and educate themselves in their field so that they can encourage better work of the company and so that the clients are satisfied with the way of providing the service.

Informing employees is mandatory whenever there is a reason for it, such as a change in laws and rules that concern our business.

Report of irregularities

All employees should report if they notice that someone has violated a code of conduct.

That report can be anonymous.

It does not imply any sanction if it is concluded that it is unfounded.

This means that an employee who reports a code violation cannot be held responsible in any way.

The responsibility for this is taken by Privredno društvo Ekotraka BP doo.

The rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining

The company Ekotraka BP doo will:

respect the rights of workers to form trade unions in a free and democratic manner; will not discriminate against workers due to union membership and will respect workers' rights to collective bargaining.

Ekotraka BP will not prevent worker representatives from accessing or interacting with workers at the workplace.

Human rights

Ekotraka BP prohibits the following practices and will not do business with anyone, whether individual or company, that we know to be involved in:

• Exploitation of children, including child labor;

• Physical punishment;

• Violence against employees, especially if it is based on gender, origin, religion or sexual orientation;

• Forced or compulsory labor;

• Illegal discrimination in employment and employment practices;

• Providing unsafe working conditions

• Wage payments (or reductions) that illegally leave the worker with income below the minimum guaranteed wage; and

• Illegal regulations related to overtime work.
